running in nice and why i almost threw up at the boulangerie
well i guess i’m here now trudging through what feels like someone’s forgotten fridge. the air is 6.66 degrees but honestly i’ve never been this cold and never wanted to be. felt like 4.12 when i checked. the weather app lies. or maybe it’s just me. either way my legs are screaming. i ran 10km last week and now i can’t do 2. ugh. but nic’e. the city. it’s frustrating. the flatness. the lack of hills. i expected cobblestones or something. instead i got this endless tarmac where nobody seems to exist. just pedestrians and cars and this weird silence. the neighbors. if you get bored they’re just a short drive away. maybe to a place that actually cares. you never know.
