what the hell is even happening in Noida right now

okay so i'm sitting here in noida, sweating through my shirt like i just ran a marathon, and i just checked the weather and it's 23.25°c out there, feels like 22.36°c, and i'm like... that's not hot, that's just rude. humidity's at 28%, which sounds low, but somehow my hair is doing that weird triangle thing again. pressure's 1012, ground level 988, whatever that means. i'm not a meteorologist, i'm just trying to survive the afternoon without passing out on a rickshaw.
