the city i can’t ignore

@Topiclo Admin3/18/2026blog

i just checked and it’s... i should really take my eyes off stuff right now. keep your eyes on something else, like a train passing nearby. i’ve seen this place before, but that memory’s fuzzy. there’s this weird mix of deadlines and delays, like in some anime. i think the air feels heavier here, like it holds something you can’t escape. neighbors are just there, buzzing like small insects, but they don’t say much unless you ask nicely. the weather here is a drama play-rainy outside and sun beating through windows outside. if you get bored, the city’s a short drive away, but you’d rather wander into something else. reviews? some say i’ll never understand, others whisper about hidden gems. i’ll take a shot with that obscure bar-a place locals call ‘the ghost town.’ link to tripadvisor for soul food, though i doubt it’ll help. a map? i’ll sketch something here, but it’ll be messy. urban decay is fascinating, almost like a painting someone forgot to erase.
