so i'm currently staring at a wall in fresno and honestly i can't tell if i'm awake or just in a very long, beige dream. i've been traveling for way too long and my internal clock is basically a suggestion at this point. it's that weird middle-of-nowhere feeling where the air just feels... heavy. like, not humid in a tropical way, but like the air is actually made of wet wool.
