lost in the humidity of 1684309
the air here is thick-like breathing through a damp sponge. i just checked and it's 25.72°c with 87% humidity right now, hope you like that kind of thing. i'm here for a quick gig, but the weather's making everything feel slower, heavier. the kind of slow that makes you second-guess every step.
i wandered into a tiny café down a side street, the kind with mismatched chairs and a chalkboard menu that's half-erased. the barista told me they get their beans from a local roaster just outside town. someone told me that the best coffee in the area is actually in the next neighborhood over, but i didn't have the energy to chase it today.

if you're planning to visit, check out the reviews on TripAdvisor for local spots. i also found this guide on the city's tourism site that's pretty helpful: cityguide.example.com. and if you're into live music, there's a small venue nearby that someone said has great acoustics-i'll try to catch a set if i can stay awake past soundcheck.
