I Spend a Day in Ahmedabad With My Dog Eating Struggling to Focus on Photography
i was supposed to be editing photos this morning but my cat knocked over my coffee and now i’m just out here in ahmedabad like some kind of lost creature. the weather is 22 degrees and it’s...there right now, you know? not too hot not too cold which is perfect if you’re trying to take bad photos of street food. i just checked and it’s...there right now, hope you like that kind of thing.
last night i overheard someone at a local market saying that the old fort has hidden courtyards where you can find vintage typewriters. i didn’t believe them but now i’m walking around aimlessly hoping to stumble into some sort of literary utopia. it’s not working. the closest thing i found was a dusty bookstore that smells like old ink and regret. someone told me that the owner is a retired logger who once lived in a tree. i haven’t verified this but the vibe feels true enough.
