a messy adventure in la serena

i woke up to the sound of rain tapping the windows and a fridge that smelled like old cheese. the town of la serena is this weird mix of dusty cobblestones and people who seem to exist in a perpetual haze of humidity. the weather? i just checked and it's...there right now, hope you like that kind of thing. 98% humidity means my hair is a tent and my thoughts are a mudslide. but hey, at least the air feels like it’s holding its breath. maybe that’s a good thing?
