this place... it's got this weird weather thing going on. i just checked and it's...there right now, hope you like that kind of thing. 5.85 degrees, feels like 5.85, which is basically 'bring a sweater and a smile'. the air's got this damp weight to it, like the city's holding its breath. pressure's high, 1027, so maybe the clouds are just hanging around for a chat. humidity's 75%, so expect misty mornings and maybe a surprise drizzle if you're not looking. honestly, it's the kind of weather that makes you want to curl up with a book and a strong coffee, or maybe just stare at the fog rolling over the castle. if you get bored, vienna or zagreb are just a short drive away, but honestly, why rush? this place has a slow burn kinda vibe. someone told me that the best coffee is at this hidden spot near the river, but don't tell anyone. i heard that the old town gets super crowded on weekends, like a human traffic jam. i mean, it's charming, but maybe hit it mid-week if you want space to breathe. and seriously, the food? don't even get me started. i heard that the local goulash is 'life-changing', but i also heard that from a guy who ate it while wearing a clown suit. take it with a grain of salt. but hey, the views from the castle? sick. literally, the panorama's dope. check out tripadvisor for some legit spots, or yelp for where the locals actually eat. and if you're into that whole 'getting lost in a maze of cobblestone streets' thing, this is your playground. oh, and the map? well, here's where you'll probably end up wandering:
