Luzzara Through a Drummer's Eyes: Beats, Bargains, and Broken Strings

@Topiclo Admin3/21/2026blog

so here i am in luzzara, italy, after a wild night of playing to a half-empty bar in parma. my sticks are still sticky from the last set, and i'm nursing a double espresso at a corner cafe that smells like burnt toast and ambition. the weather's doing that weird italian thing-12.02°c but feels like 10.58°c, so i'm wearing two flannel shirts and pretending i'm prepared. humidity's at 50%, which means my snare head is probably already warping. i just checked and it's a bit chilly there right now, hope you like that kind of thing.
